Airport pickups across Ashford
The longest runs in our patch, priced before you leave the house.
The long runs, priced before you leave
Ashford’s runs are the longest of our airport towns — even Gatwick, the nearest, is about 60 miles (70–90 mins), and Luton is 94. The M20 at junctions 9 and 10 gives a clean westbound start, and because every fare is fixed at booking, the length of the run never moves the price on the day.
Early departures
The long runs mean Ashford pickups for morning flights often leave before dawn. We operate 24 hours a day and book to the flight, not the clock — for early departures, reserve the night before.
Local pickups
We cover every corner of Ashford — the town centre, Ashford International and the Designer Outlet, plus Kennington, Willesborough, Singleton and Park Farm. With the M20 at junctions 9 and 10 on the doorstep, airport runs start faster here than almost anywhere in Kent.
Also nearby
Kennington, Willesborough, Singleton and Park Farm are inside the everyday patch, and pre-booked airport work reaches out to Tenterden and the villages between.

Ashford airport transfers FAQs.
Questions about a particular route — journey times, terminals, drop-off charges — are answered on that airport’s own page.
Which airport is quickest from Ashford?
Gatwick — typically 70–90 mins for about 60 miles. Heathrow is next at 100–120 mins, and Luton is the longest run at 125–145 mins. Each route page above has the full picture: fares by vehicle, the route itself and what to allow at busy times.
How much is an airport taxi from Ashford?
Fixed fares from Ashford for a standard vehicle: Gatwick £100, Heathrow £140, Stansted £145, Luton £160. The fare is agreed at booking — outbound journeys add the airport’s own drop-off charge, and each route page shows fares for every vehicle class, including the first-app-booking price.
How early should I leave Ashford for a morning flight?
Work back from the flight: the airline’s check-in window, then the route’s typical journey — from Ashford the four runs span roughly 70 to 145 minutes depending on airport. We plan the pickup from your flight time, and for departures before 8am the car usually leaves before dawn.
How do I book an airport transfer from Ashford?
Book in the Streamline app or call 01622 750000. You can book the outward and return journeys together or separately, and your fare is confirmed at the time of booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We run 24 hours a day, so there is no cut-off, but most Ashford airport runs leave between 3am and 5am and those slots go first. Booking ahead is mainly about securing the vehicle class you want rather than getting a car at all.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Your driver monitors your flight in real time and adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra charge. You also have 60 minutes’ free waiting from when the flight lands, not from your booked time.
How does the return pickup from the airport work?
Your driver meets you inside the arrivals hall holding a Streamline name board and walks you to the car, so there is no car park to find. Airport parking on return journeys is charged separately, at the cost incurred on the day.
Which vehicle should I book for luggage or a group?
A standard vehicle seats up to 4, but four passengers with large cases will be tight — take an MPV instead. The 8-seater MPV and the Premium MPV (Mercedes V-Class) both carry up to 8, and the V-Class has the most luggage room. If you are not sure, call 01622 750000 before you book and we will tell you what fits.
What gets added to the fixed fare?
On outbound journeys, the airport’s own drop-off charge — it differs by airport, and each route page states the current one. On return journeys, airport parking at the cost incurred on the day. Different rates may apply on bank holidays, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Stansted and Luton journeys also cross the Dartford Crossing, which adds the £5.60 Dart Charge each way. Nothing else: there is no meter and no surge pricing.
